My experience with Luminous Salon and Spa is always an exceptional one. The staff members are always pleasant and helpful which is a "breath of fresh air" when coming from work. Rick does an exceptional job on my hair which is not easy to do since my hair is very thin and requires a special technique and Rick has that technique. If anyone is currently looking for a new salon or that special hair cut, I recommend that you give Luminous Salon and Spa a try because you will not be disappointed.
